Dr. Sheri Feinzig is Director of the IBM Smarter Workforce Institute and Talent Management Consulting. She has over 20 years of experience in human resources research, organisational change management and business transformation. Sheri has a Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology, has presented on numerous occasions at national conferences and has co-authored a number of manuscripts, publications and technical reports. She is also co-author of the book The Power of People: Learn How Successful Organizations Use Workforce Analytics To Improve Business Performance.
